Hungarian multimedia artist and director, graduated from Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, Budapest (MOME). During his academic years, he held the role of Head of Media Department for the award-winning independent theater KRÉTAKÖR. As Chief VFX Artist, he worked on projects such as the Student Oscar-nominated short film Földiek, the award-winning music video Rules by Freakin’ Disco, and Parfüm by Boggie.

After graduation, Balázs was invited to lecture at the Media Design Department of MOME. Since then, he has been teaching various subjects including visual storytelling, VFX art, and post production. Additionally, he has been a Visiting Lecturer at the Scenography Department of the Hungarian University of Fine Arts (HUFA), where he has been teaching animation studies for six years.

Recently, Balázs has designed animations and stage visuals in Pinocchio and The Man Who Lost Time at Vígszínház, The Soldier’s Tale at Trafó House of Contemporary Arts, and Quartet to the End of Time at the Liszt Academy. He has also worked as an animation director and creative producer on music videos, including Bárcsak by Slowvillage and Elephant by SABW.
